I love being out on the trails when it’s quiet, when
the dirt is dark and the vegetation is green. I love the
mud in my face. I love going for tea with dried mud
speckled across my face. I love peeling off all the wet
and dirty layers. I love taking a shower and watching
all the dirt go down the drain. I love sitting in front
of the fire. I even kinda love feeling your fingers and
toes thaw out, albeit sometimes it can be a little painful.
