Diversify your cocktail offering with this colorful concoction :
• Ice cubes ( half the glass )
• 1 ounce gin
• 1 ounce pink grapefruit juice
• 1 / 2 ounce Campari
• 2 or 3 ounces sparkling rosé wine
• Thyme sprigs
• Slices of grapefruit
Pour all the liquids over the ice cubes . Stir and garnish with thyme sprigs and grapefruit slices .
