Beth Cannon and Josh Newton were among the participants in a reception Feb . 26 to release “ Moultrie Masterpieces ,” a book collecting art by Moultrie natives and Moultrie residents that is being sold by the Moultrie Service League to raise money for the Arts Center of Moultrie .
