April 6-8 Junior Ranger Camp Reed Bingham State Park 7:45 a . m . -3:30 p . m . Children between the ages of 6 and 12 can participate in a three-day day camp at which they ’ ll earn the first badge of the Junior Ranger book . April 15-16 Spring Fling and Backyard BBQ Moultrie ’ s traditional welcome to spring features music , street performers , food vendors and the annual barbecue cook-off . The event begins with a free concert by the Swingin ’ Medallions on Friday afternoon . Barbecue contestants start cooking Friday evening . A street festival , barbecue judging and awards take place on Saturday .

April 28 Women in the Workforce Luncheon Noon-1 p . m . Colquitt County Courthouse Square First National Bank of Moultrie will host a Women in the Workforce Luncheon for women business owners , managers and women who work at a business in Colquitt County . A catered lunch will be served , and a local guest speaker and a panel of local women will encourage and inspire those attending . Reserve seats for $ 15 each .
