Moultrie Town Committee of the NSCDA-Georgia, in partnership with Barber and the Downtown Welcome Center, is an online collection of photos and information documenting the history of downtown buildings.
“ History is important because it’ s where we come from. It’ s how we got started,” said Barber.“ We wouldn’ t be here today if it wasn’ t for those who came before and what they did before. These buildings are here for a reason.”
