You ’ re My Why The Process Champions team at C . A . Gray recently attended training with PrincipalFred Smith and set a mission for themselves to help improve our school climate . Fostering connections and relationships with students is one of their focuses and an integralpartof education . Inspired by PrincipalIvy Smith at Hahira Middle School , the team challenged Gray staff to think of a student who pushes them . Encourages them . Asks the hard questions . Challenges them in the best way . Represents the reason why they choose to teach . Teachers were givenone bracelet to present to that student , whilesharing thereasons that he or she inspires them everyday .
