Kim said, that when she first met Archie, her daughter, Alice, who was two at the time, was very sick for months and wasn’ t getting any better and it was continuing to get worse. Archie he introduced her to eating a healthier diet and eliminating foods that had preservatives and chemicals.
Kim said she could tell that her daughter was immediately getting better and after two weeks, it was like she had never been sick at all.
“ She was back to this healthy, happy kid,” she said.
Once she saw how it had affected her daughter, she decided to try it for herself because she had suffered from a skin condition all of her life. She’ d had several diagnoses for the skin condition including eczema, psoriasis, chronic dermatitis, lyme disease and autoimmune disease.
She said she was taking the highest doses of steroids and they weren’ t helping her condition. She said that she had gone from specialist to specialist and was finally told that she would have to live with it and it would most likely get worse. Kim said she was very sensitive to any sickness going around and was always catching it.
“ Since we’ ve changed our diet, I haven’ t had to deal with that at all. I hardly ever get sick,” she said.
Archie added,“ If you saw pictures of her skin, you wouldn’ t believe it’ s the same person.”
Kim said nutrition should very much be the focal point when it came to health and preventive health should be more important than just dealing with the symptoms.
“ That all comes full circle to us wanting to grow our own food,” said Archie.“ That’ s pretty much it. That’ s gotten us here.”
