Fathers are more than an adult in the household . They have aspecial purpose because they represent aspecial relationship . OurHeavenly Father provides , protects , nourishes , and encourages usthrough His actions and His Word . Our earthly fathers should represent the visible , tangible connection for usbetween God and His love for His children . Fathers take care of their kids because they love them and want good things forthem . Greater than that love is God ' slovefor us . Heloved us so much thatHegave Hisheart forus-His very ownSon to dieinour placesowewouldn ' thave to forall the ways we have wronged Him . He paid the price by taking care ofour sin and of His freely offers this gifttousasthe greatest depiction love for us . His gift of salvation isoffered to anyone willing toaccept it . Our father ' s love pales in comparison toour Heavenly Father ' s love . When you reflect onthe many ways your father has taken care of you , know your Fatherthat created youcares foryou and loves you beyond what you can imagine .
