Jan . 10 Auditions for “ Matilda the Musical ” Colquitt County Arts Center Auditions for “ Matilda the Musical ” will be open to all students in kindergarten through 12th grades for this spring production . Students will attend weekly classes to prepare for performance . Class tuition is $ 40 per month and covers cost of script and music CD , show T-shirt , all costumes , sets and pops . Students will actively participate in set design , costume design and makeup . Auditions will be held from 6-8 p . m . No previous stage experience is necessary . Learn the art of Watercolor with Tom Jones ’ simple and easy approach to a beautifully unique watercolor painting experience . Jones is a resident of Central Florida and his art can be found internationally in many private and corporate collections . Learn techniques alongside Catherine Bonnie Jones such as the fine art of watercolor batiking . She uses a unique approach with melted paraffin wax and Ginwashi rice paper . Mario is an energetic entertaining performer with an all-ages theater show full of homespun magic , DIY robotics , and punk rock slapstick . It ’ s magic through the lens of the maker movement ! Mario has appeared on Sesame Street , NBC ’ s Universal kids , HGTV , and live on tour with David Blaine , who calls him “ the best kids magician in the world !!” he is the author of The maker magician ’ s handbook : a beginner ’ s guide to magic & making .
