SCORE ( formerly known as the Service Corps of Retired Executives ) is the largest all-volunteer executive mentoring organization in the nation . Their primary mission is to assist small businesses so they can grow and to prosper . SCORE South Georgia , the office of which is located in Moultrie , launched in 2015 with five certified mentors . It now has more than 20 mentors from four counties , including five agricultural mentors .

In August 2017 , SCORE South Georgia , through a new USDA / SCORE Ag initiative , assumed mentoring responsibilities for farmers and others in the ag community . Moultrie was named as the “ Launch Ag Site ” for the State of Georgia , and since then its agricultural mentors have been helping agricultural businesses in Colquitt County and beyond prosper .

The Board of Realtors is a professional organization made up of approximately 50 licensed real estate agents . The board meets quarterly .

The board offers a full range of services with all types of real estate , including residential , commercial , industry , agricultural land , and vacant properties . It complies with all the rules and regulations of the Georgia Real Estate Commission and the National Association of Realtors . The board also has affiliate members with a connection to real estate , including bankers , lenders , attorneys , contractors , inspectors , insurers , and pest control personnel . The board is actively involved in the community .
