Georgia Pines Community Service Board serves six counties , including Colquitt , and offers communitybased services for behavioral health , addictive disease and intellectual disabilities . Outpatient services are offered in Moultrie , Pelham , Bainbridge and Thomasville , and begin with an assessment by a licensed clinician and development of an individualized treatment plan .
Services offered include individual and family therapy , substance abuse group therapy , community support , psychiatric assessment , nursing assessment , a medication program , case management services , intensive case management and school based programs .
Also provided through Georgia Pines are inpatient crisis treatment and residential addictive disease services .
Residential programs are offered throughout the six counties for both mental health and intellectual disabilities .
Services are offered to children , adolescents and adults , and a sliding scale fee is offered with proof of income . Medicare , Medicaid and CHAMPUS are accepted .

Turning Point , a 69-bed hospital for patients with a substance use dependency disorder , provides a full continuum of psychiatric-substance use services . It is also equipped to handle patients who have both a substance use disorder and a mental illness .
