BABY FACILITIES
Baby changing room with two toilets , changing area , bottle warmer , and breastfeeding space . Near Hall 2 : Changing unit , chair , and sink . Near Hall 4 : Pull-down changing units ( in disabled toilet ).
CASH
The NEC is a cashless venue . Many Exhibitors within the show will still accept cash .
CLOAKROOMS
Visitors can store helmets , leathers , bags and luggage for £ 2 per item per day . Overnight storage is not possible at The NEC .
DISABLED

DOGS
Only assistance dogs are permitted on the premises .
ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING
Available on a first-come-first served basis , the points will deliver a minimum of 3.5kw / h and are available across the NEC site . Fees apply .
FOOD AND DRINK
Food and drink can be purchased in each Hall and on the Piazza . Areas are also available to sit and eat packed lunches .

KIDS WRISTBANDS
Children ’ s Identification Wristbands are available from the show entrance .
LOST PROPERTY
Visit the security office on the Piazza between Subway and Hall 1 for lost property . Sameday losses can be reported at the nearest security office ; questions about lost property ? Call 0121 767 3883 .
MEETING POINTS
There is a meeting point on the Piazza opposite Subway ( located between Halls 1 and 2 ).
MOBILE CHARGING
Units located in the Piazza , opposite Wetherspoons .
ORGANISER OFFCE
The Organiser office is located next to Hall 2 entrance .
PRESS OFFCE
The Press office is located in next to Hall 4 entrance .
PHOTOGRAPHY
Photography and filming are permitted . By attending the event you consent to being filmed / recorded as part of the audience for security and broadcast without payment .
SHUTTLE SERVICE
Free shuttle buses circulate between car parks and halls , pre- and post-exhibition . There are timetables at the bus stops .
SMOKING & VAPING
Not permitted within the event . Designated smoking areas are at the Piazza main entrance and North Gardens ( Centre of Piazza ).
TOILETS
These can be found throughout the show , and on the Piazza .
WIFI ZONES
You can access free wireless internet ( WiFi ) all around the venue .
