ARENACROSS RETURNS
WITH SIX NIGHTS OF WINTER ACTION
Europe ' s leading indoor Freestyle Motocross and Race Show will make a welcome post-Covid return to the UK next year with a three-nation , six-round , all-British , action-packed tour . Arenacross was first introduced at London ’ s 02 back in January 2013 . It evolved and went on to captivate motocross race enthusiasts in major cities such as Belfast , Glasgow , Newcastle , Manchester , Sheffield , Liverpool , Birmingham , and London in over 50 live nights attracting almost 400,000 fans . Now , back with a bang after a two-year break , the 2023 series is set to up the ante and get creative with significantly restyled race classes covering a breadth of age groups and machine capacities . An all-new format means that all riders will be British , with the best-of-the-best going head-to-head in the Pro class . Both 2022 British Motocross Champions , namely Tommy Searle MX1 and Conrad Mewse MX2 , will contest the full series as will Scotland ’ s Shaun Simpson , himself a three-time British MX Champ . Many other top motocross names are in the mix , making this the biggest line up of British racing stars ever seen at Arenacross . Elsewhere , a ‘ Futures ’ class will pave the way for up-coming youth stars on 125s to gain experience and finetune their race skills as they progress through their racing careers . For the younger riders who just love being part of the whole Arenacross scene , there ’ ll be an 85cc class and an all-electric 65cc-equivalent category . Freestyle Motocross , of course , also plays a massive part of the show and again , all the guys will be British .
