BABY FACILITIES Adjacent to Hall 1 entrance – baby changing room comprising of two toilets , baby changing area , bottle warming machine and screened off breast feeding area . Adjacent to Hall 2 entrance – pull down changing unit , chair and sink . Adjacent to Hall 4 entrance ( within the disabled toilet ) – pull down changing units .
CASH POINTS You ’ ll find portable cash dispensers around the venue ( withdrawal fees apply ). Free NatWest and HSBC ATM ’ s can be found at the train station .
CLOAKROOMS Visitors can store helmets , leathers , bags and luggage for £ 1 per item per day . Overnight storage is not possible at The NEC .
DISABLED Public telephones are available for persons with hearing impairments . An induction loop audio system is fitted in Concourse Suites 1 & 2 . The NEC has manual and electric wheelchairs available for hire . Email infoemailaccount @ necgroup . co . uk for more information . Disabled toilets are available within the Halls .
ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING
Available on a first-come-first served basis , the points will deliver a minimum of 3.5kw / h and are available across the NEC site . Fees apply .
FOOD AND DRINK Food and drink can be purchased in each Hall and on the Piazza . Areas are also available to sit and eat packed lunches .
FIRST AID For any medical emergencies , please make contact with a member of NEC Staff at any door .
KIDS WRISTBANDS Children ’ s Identification Wristbands are available from the show entrance .
LOST PROPERTY The main area is located in the security office on the Piazza between Subway and Hall 1 . For property lost on the same day during the show , visitors can go in person to the nearest Security office . Once the show is over , all lost property is moved to the Piazza office . Please call 0121 767 3883 for lost property queries .
MOBILE CHARGING Units located in the Piazza , opposite Wetherspoons .
ORGANISER OFFCE The Organiser office is located next to Hall 2 entrance .
PRESS OFFCE The Press office is located in next to Hall 4 entrance .
PHOTOGRAPHY Photography and filming are permitted . By attending the event you consent to being filmed / recorded as part of the audience for security and broadcast without payment .
SHUTTLE SERVICE Shuttle buses run continuously for free around the site between the car parks and the halls an hour before and after the exhibition . Operating times are shown at the bus stops .
SMOKING & VAPING Not permitted within the event . Designated smoking areas are at the Piazza main entrance and North Gardens ( Centre of Piazza ).
TOILETS These can be found throughout the show , and on the Piazza .
DOGS Only assistance dogs are permitted on the premises .
MEETING POINTS There is a meeting point on the Piazza opposite Subway
( located between Halls 1 and 2 ).
WIFI ZONES You can access free wireless internet ( WiFi ) all around the venue .
