Fit There has been a good deal of thought put into the fit and comfort of the pants and this can be seen with the 5 ways of adjusting and a sixth that does it automatically. Starting from the top then! You have the DRYWAY liner and that comes up over the waistline and is elasticised by way of a draw cord to make a full seal at the waist. This is aided by the fact the cord draws against three soft bands of rubber running on the inside of the liner making grip and positioning very secure. You have the braces that are fully detachable and use a traditional four clip system with a buckle adjustment on both sides. The waist band can be adjusted by a Velcro pull strap and flap making for a millimetre perfect snug fit around the top. The fastening for the pants is a double hook and eye complimented with a traditional zipper. At the knees you front of each knee section has soft folded and gentle elastic sections for knee bending without the shin material coming up when you sit. At the lower leg there is as Velcro strap and zipper combination. You get the right seal that you want with the Velcro strap when the zipper is closed. I found that this will also act as a bit of vent, depending on what boots you have on. A great touch is the small Velcro disc on the inside of the zipper section, this lets you attach the strap and stop it flapping about while the zip is fully open.
