There is a lost of messing around to get a compare set like this and the models in the class are
basic models without all the whistles and bells that the Rally has attached but it will give a basic
idea of what we are looking at.
I got the mpg information from Fuelly. This is a site run by riders who log their miles and there
distance that gives an ave mpg for just about any bike. So I took the ave from the listing as we all
get various mpg depending on how we ride. Then, converted the litre into imperial gallons to
work out the tank range. I put the cost of a litre of fuel at £1.15 so obviously the total costs
change with how much you're paying for your gogo juice.

BMW - R1200GSA basic model with no additions.
Ducati - 1200 Multistrada model with no additions.
Triumph Tiger 1200 Explorer with no additions
KTM 1190 Adventure with no additions
