How many people actually spend the time to adjust their bike to fit them properly ??

Spending some time to set your machine up properly can make a huge difference to the enjoyment , long distance comfort and usability of your bike .
If you work in an office you will already know or should by law know about ergonomics . It was such a big issue of ill health in the work place that now your work station has be able to adjust to your needs . Setting up your mouse pad , where your coffee is going to go etc . And that ’ s for work ! Why on Earth would you not spend time getting your pride and joy right for you , it ’ s a part of the ‘ getting to know you ’ process between bike and rider . Setting each other up for the best performance and most enjoyable ride possible with such a small amount of tweaking is a no brainer . back is in knots and your neck feels like your helmet was made of lead do you blame the bike ? More often than not it is going to be your riding position and you do have more say in that than you may realise .
