Europe. If you are into adventure motorcycling, this road
constantly comes up, it holds an iconic status in the psyche of
any person who is planning to ride a bike in South America. That
morning, for it to start without even a sign or a Mile 0 marker, felt
very strange and now to have been riding on it for such a long
time without a sign was getting a bit frustrating. About 100 miles
into the journey I came to my first road sign. I got off the bike,
took a picture of it and proceeded to take a huge slug of water.
Just finding this sign had given me a tremendous feeling of
accomplishment, up until that point the feeling that I was lost and
that I’d taken the wrong road was starting to grow in my mind.
