much about food. Even if you didn’t eat for 30 days straight - you
wouldn’t die, however you’d be dead after three days without
water. Thirdly - check the bike every time you stop. When your
riding on shaky bumpy dirt roads things are bound to jar loose.
Have a quick check of the tire pressures, make sure you’ve no
leaks from the shocks and make sure all you gear is firmly in
place, especially your panniers. Three to four minutes of checks a
few times a day can save you a world of hurt down the road.
