Sidi Kaouki, A small Berber village 25km south of
Essaouira, we spent two nights there and want to spend
twenty more. Long sandy beaches, with just 300
inhabitants, the entire village is built within metres of the
sea.
4 Hidde
Mertil, Set on Morocco’s northern coastline, this
snazzy local tourist destination has long sandy
beaches and warm Mediterranean seas. Though
almost deserted during our visit due to Ramadan,
the scale of tourist infrastructure suggests it is a
popular destination amongst Moroccan tourists.
