Now 68bhp may not seem a great deal but I had no issues with the power delivery for the hill sections in Cumbria ( Hardknot and Wrynose ) and even went up Stelvio pass without so much as a growl out of the WeeStrom . The sit up and beg sitting position gave me great visual clearance when faced with 20 % plus inclines or declines ! I did over cook the rear brakes on the Stelvio and had to pull over for them to cool down or risk doing a swan dive off the side . That was more a case of me getting over eager with a pillion and full panniers to sweep into the next blissful curve than an issue with the brakes .

With the panniers off you should feel confident enough to filter even in London and again you have enough quickly responding ponies to get you away from any issues you may come across . The bike ’ s sit up posture does give it a great road presence coupled with the double bulb headlights . It also allows you a great rear view that is aided with large and functional wing mirrors .
