Das zeigten die ehemaligen Champions zuletzt : Ayumu Sasaki ( Moto3 Podest in Argentinien ), Carlos Tatay ( Moto3 Podest in Indonesien ) und Pedro Acosta ( amtierender Moto3 Weltmeister ). 2022 werden 27 der schnellsten Teenager aus 17 verschiedenen Ländern in sieben Rennen des Red Bull Rookies Cup gegeneinander antreten . 2022 besteht der Kalender aus Portimao , Portugal , Jerez , Mugello , Sachsenring , Kymi Ring , Red Bull Ring und Aragon . Aus der Saison 2021 haben sich einige Talente bereits empfohlen und einige von ihnen gehen noch einmal an den Start - so zum Beispiel der Kolumbianer David Alonso und der Spanier Jose Rueda . Beide haben dieses Jahr schon zwei Rennen gewonnen und liegen an der Spitze der Meisterschaft . Doch Maximo Quiles , Collin Veijer und Casey O ’ Gorman haben auch schon ihr Potenzial blitzen lassen . The 16th running of the Red Bull Rookies Cup promises to be one of the most closely fought in history with a truly international flavour . As well as producing consistently great racing , the success of recent champions Ayumu Sasaki ( Moto3 podium finisher in Argentina ), Carlos Tatay ( Moto3 podium finisher in Indonesia ) and Pedro Acosta ( reigning Moto3 World Champion ) shows the current formula works to unearth the stars of tomorrow . For 2022 , 27 of the world ’ s fastest teenagers from 17 different countries will line up for this year ’ s 7-round series . The field of 2022 faced double-headers at Portimao , Portugal and Jerez . Then comes Mugello this weekend , the Sachsenring , Germany on 18th and 19th June , the Kymi Ring , Finland on 9th and 10th July , the
Red Bull Ring , Austria on 11th and 12th August before the season finale at Aragon on 17th and 18th September . A host of names will be seeking to step up and take over from the space vacated by the stars of the 2021 grid , namely Colombian David Alonso . Spaniard José Rueda has been the early charger , winning two races and topping the championship . But compatriot Maximo Quiles , Dutchman Collin Veijer and Irishman Casey O ’ Gorman have all showed potential to be in the mix . Just like in previous years , each and every rider will have identical KTM RC 250 Rs to show off their talents .
