A jornada de 2022 será composta por duplas corridas , em Portimao , Portugal , nos dias 23 e 24 de abril , em Jerez , Espanha , dia 30 de abril e 1 de maio , em Mugello , Itália , nos dias 28 e 29 de maio , em Sachsenring , Alemanha , nos dias 18 e 19 de junho , em Kymi Ring , Finlândia , nos dias 9 e 10 de julho , em Red Bull Ring , Áustria , nos dias 11 e 12 de agosto , mesmo antes do final da temporada , que será em Aragão , nos dias 17 e 18 de setembro . As well as producing consistently great racing , the success of recent champions Ayumu Sasaki ( Moto3 podium finisher in Argentina ), Carlos Tatay ( Moto3 podium finisher in Indonesia ) and Pedro Acosta ( reigning Moto3 World Champion ) shows the current formula works to unearth the stars of tomorrow . For 2022 , 27 of the world ’ s fastest teenagers from 17 different countries will line up for this year ’ s 7-round series that starts this weekend . The field of 2022 will face double-headers at Portimao , Portugal on 23rd and 24th April , Jerez Spain on April 30th and May 1st , Mugello , Italy on 28th and 29th of May , the Sachsenring , Germany on 18th and 19th June , the Kymi Ring , Finland on 9th and 10th July , the Red Bull Ring , Austria on 11th and 12th August before the season finale at Aragon on 17th and 18th September . A host of names will be seeking to step up and take over from the space vacated by the stars of the 2021 grid , namely Colombian David Alonso , David Muñoz , Dani Holgado and the supremely gifted Diogo Moreira . One of the favourites must be brilliant Thai prospect Tatchakorn Buasri , who scored a total of four podiums in last year ’ s championship . Big things are expected of young Dutch talent Collin Veijer , after he scored three top ten finishes in 2021 .
