After a year that saw history made in the Moto3 season, 2025 will likewise feature wise young heads and a plethora of new names. With that comes new rivalries, new stories, new emotions, and new dreams.
Moto3™ is finely poised eight races in. And Mugello has been the scene of some epic, multi-rider groups in recent years, such as the 2017 bow when 1.55s covered the top 15 riders at the chequered flag!
Jose Antonio Rueda( Red Bull KTM Ajo) has been the stand out name so far this year, winning five of the first six races, including an incredible victory from the back of the grid in the UK. At this moment, this year is set for a two-way shootout with fellow preseason favourite Angel Piqueras( FRINSA – MT Helmets – MSI) scoring two brilliant victories in Argentina and Qatar.
Dopo otto gare, in Moto3™ regna ancora l’ equilibrio. La classe cadetta si sposta ora al Mugello, teatro in passato di domeniche da fiato sospeso caratterizzate da folti gruppi di piloti. Nel 2017, per esempio, i primi 15 hanno tagliato il traguardo racchiusi in 1,55 secondi!
Finora chi ha convinto di più è stato Jose Antonio Rueda( Red Bull KTM Ajo), che ha fatto centro in cinque delle prime sei gare. Incluso il GP del Regno Unito, dov’ è partito dal fondo della griglia e ha poi rimontato. In questa stagione se la gioca con Angel Piqueras( FRINSA – MT Helmets – MSI), autore di due brillanti vittorie in Argentina e Qatar.

Joel Kelso( LEVELUP-MTA) is enjoying his best season to date. David Muñoz( Liqui Moly Dynavolt Intact GP) and Taiyo Furusato( Honda Team Asia) will be eager to challenge for the lead of the championship after muted starts to the season. The same could be said of Dennis Foggia( CFMoto Aspar Team), who is gradually rediscovering form after a slow readaptation to the Moto3™ class.
And watch out for Alvaro Carpe( Red Bull KTM Ajo), who amazed onlookers with a scintillating podium finish in Thailand, his first race as a full-time World Championship rider, as well as Maximo Quiles( CFMoto Aspar Team). Both Spaniards are hotly tipped for big things in 2025.
Joel Kelso( LEVELUP-MTA) è alla sua migliore stagione, mentre David Munoz( Liqui Moly Dynavolt Intact GP) e Taiyo Furusato( Honda Team Asia) fremono per tornare in alto dopo un avvio fiacco. Lo stesso si può dire di Dennis Foggia( CFMoto Aspar Team), che sta gradualmente ritrovando il ritmo dopo un lento riadattamento alla classe Moto3™.
Da tenere d ' occhio infine Maximo Quiles( CFMoto Aspar Team) e Alvaro Carpe( Red Bull KTM Ajo), che ha stupito con un brillante podio in Thailandia alla sua prima gara come pilota a tempo pieno nel campionato del mondo. Dai due spagnoli nel 2025 sono attesi grandi risultati.
