After denying Jorge Martin on the final lap at Mugello to make it a Ducati Lenovo 1-2, he also rubbed salt in the wound at Misano by barging past Martin on the final lap for the win.‘ Beast’ mode or too far? The Stewards let it stand. Now it’ s a new challenge for Bastianini as he joins Red Bull KTM Tech3 and take on a different bike. He’ s always seemed able to surprise, despite his impressive CV, so can he do it again?

L’ esperienza di Bastianini nel team ufficiale Ducati viene in parte condizionata dall’ infortunio alla spalla riportato nelle prime fasi della stagione 2023 anche se poi il riminese torna in azione e mette in mostra sprazzi del proprio talento ma senza riuscire a lottare per il titolo. Nel 2024 a Silverstone si regala una gran doppietta. Al Mugello all’ ultimo giro batte Jorge Martin e regala al team Ducati Lenovo una splendida doppietta, poi a Misano all’ ultimo giro supera Martin e va a vincere.
