Jorge Martin’ s development accelerated through the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup, where persistence after early injury setbacks delivered the title in 2014. A full time move to Moto3™ followed, with steady progress leading to a standout 2017 season built on qualifying pace and regular podiums. The breakthrough arrived in 2018. Seven victories secured the Moto3™ World Championship despite another injury interruption. A step to Moto2™ with Red Bull KTM Ajo brought podiums and a credible title push in 2020, curtailed by missed races. Promotion to MotoGP™ in 2021 produced instant impact. A debut pole and podium were followed by a maiden victory and Rookie of the Year honours. Renowned for outright speed, Martin converted that potential into consistent results across 2023 and a decisive 2024 campaign. Three wins and a record 16 Grand Prix podiums delivered the MotoGP™ World Championship. A move to Aprilia in 2025 proved difficult due to injury. Fully fit for 2026, Martin aims to return to title contention.
