HOMEGROWN TALENT
TO SHINE
For the second year in succession, the heroes of the British Superstock Championship will line up alongside the likes of Marc Marquez, Pecco Bagnaia, and Fabio Quartararo at the British Grand Prix.
The British support series will race twice at the iconic Silverstone Circuit in what will be Round 3 of the 2025 British Superstock Championship, giving fans the chance to cheer on names they’ re more used to seeing at the likes of Oulton Park, Thruxton, and Cadwell Park.
This means fans can look forward to a packed schedule across the three-day Grand Prix, as the Superstock series shares the same circuit as MotoGP™, Moto2™, and Moto3™. One race will take place on Saturday— alongside the Tissot Sprint— with the second race on Sunday.
The two outings at last year’ s British Grand Prix served up classic encounters, with Australian Josh Brookes taking victory in Race 1 and Northern Irishman Scott Swann winning Race 2.
With last year’ s Superstock Champion Davey Todd now racing in the British Superbike class, and 2024 runner-up Joe Talbot moving into British Supersport, Englishman Luke Mossey has taken on the mantle of pre-season favourite. Expect to see him battling for P1 in both races.
Challenges are expected from former Superstock race winner Brayden Elliott. The Australian had a solid stint in the British Superbike class in 2024, but returns to Superstock this year with the No Bull Racing CPE Motorsport Honda.
Tim Neave is another name likely to feature in the podium fight. The Englishman is a proven Superstock competitor and lines up with the highly experienced Hawk Racing squad in 2025.
Many eyes will also be on Ilya Mikhalchik. The Ukrainian has enjoyed success in the FIM Endurance World Championship and has prior experience riding for BMW in the Superbike World Championship. He should be another contender aboard BMW machinery.
All three Grand Prix classes will be based in the Silverstone Wing, while fans will be able to access the original Silverstone paddock to get a closer look at the Superstock teams’ setups.
