Es ist eine große Freude und Auszeichnung , dass die MotoGP™ als eine der spektakulärsten Rennserien der Welt wieder am Red Bull Ring in Spielberg gastiert . Kraft , Innovation und Dynamik verbinden die MotoGP und unsere Steiermark .
Mit dem Grand Prix von Österreich rückt unser Bundesland abermals in das internationale Rampenlicht . Denn die Steiermark ist eine einzigartige Kulisse für packende Motorsport-Duelle und Emotionen . Das werden zehntausende Fans am Ring hautnah erleben . Genauso wie Millionen TV-Zuseherinnen und Zuseher in der ganzen Welt die Bilder aus dem „ Grünen Herzen Österreichs “ gespannt verfolgen werden . Das Gastspiel der Motorrad-Königsklasse bedeutet damit auch einen unglaublichen Image-Gewinn für die Steiermark .

Aber auch abseits der Rennstrecke wird das gewohnt herausragende Rahmenprogramm tausende Besucherinnen und Besucher begeistern . Sowohl am Red Bull Ring als auch im ganzen Bundesland wird die bekannte steirische Gastfreundschaft mit bester Kulinarik und einzigartigem Ambiente zum Verweilen einladen .

It is a great pleasure and an honour to be able to welcome MotoGP , one of the world ’ s most spectacular motorsport series , back to Spielberg and the Red Bull Ring . Like the Province of Styria , MotoGP™ is famous for its energy , innovation and dynamism , making it a perfect fit for our region .
The Austrian Grand Prix puts our region back into the international spotlight once again . As the tens of thousands of fans at the Red Bull Ring will experience this weekend , Styria provides a unique backdrop for all the excitement and on-track battles that are part-and-parcel of international motorsport , and millions of TV viewers around the world will be on the edges of their seats as they follow pictures from the area we call the “ Green Heart of Austria .” All in all , the return of motorcycling ’ s blue-riband category to Spielberg provides an incredible boost to Styria ’ s image .
The entertainment won ’ t be confined to the track though ; with an outstanding range of events away from the circuit , you are bound to find something to get to you excited . I would also wholeheartedly encourage you all to sample Styria ’ s famous hospitality , both at the Red Bull Ring and throughout the province . I am sure our outstanding cuisine and unique atmosphere will help you to relax and unwind - and tempt you to stay just a little bit longer !
