Sawsan is the talented dentist, food blogger, and mother of two lovely young children. This Mother's Day she is sharing her healthy Cookie Dough Dip recipe, do give it a try!
HEALTHY COOKIE DOUGH DIP
1 1/2 cups white beans
1/8 tsp salt
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2-4 tablespoons peanut butter (or your favorite nut butter)
up to 1/4 cup milk according to how thick or thin you like the dip to be (you can use dairy, almond or coconut)
1/4 to 1/2 cup date puree or honey (or other sweetener)
Chocolate chips
Instructions
Add all ingredients (except for chocolate chips) to your food processor , and blend until very smooth.
Then mix in the chocolate chips.
