16 2017 LAKES OF HEART Eros Lake – India The Chembra Peak in KERALA, India overlooks what is the symbol of love throughout the world, at 1,398 metres above sea level. The water not only warms the eyes but is also at a fairly tolerable temperature with a surface area of 1,827 square meters. After exploring the heart-shaped lake on Chembra Peak, Wayanad, Kerala, This one in Goa is a peaceful place with an exclu- sive vista point. A 5-km drive from Vasco da Gama will take to an off-road site going through Bogmalo Beach Road. A simple trek of 1-2 km which will take you through a thick greenery patch if you go in the rainy season. The main attraction of the vista point was a naturally formed sweet water heart-shaped lake. It is also a perfect place to spot harm- less wild animals like peacocks, mongoose and many varieties of colourful butterflies
