FMM: You have an extensive fitness
background, what tips can you give our aspiring
fitness models who want to pursue careers in
fitness?
CB: Just work hard and follow your inspirations.
Believe in yourself. Create your own style, and
don’t try to copy anyone else. Take pieces of
things that you are inspired by and put it towards
your own career. Just work hard with it and
obviously you have to put yourself out there if you
want to be a fitness model. You got to get those
shoots done and get publicity and get your name
out there. Just be careful when you are shooting

with different photographers- pick someone
you have researched and you like and who has
been consistent. Make sure there is nothing
untoward. If you want to be a fitness model there
are photographers out there who will ask you to do
things you don’t want to do or are not comfortable
doing and give you false promises and the majority
of the time it’s BS. Use common sense, and work
hard at it, and eventually you will get noticed.
