A Weekend of Festivities: Don’ t Miss the Antiques and Collectibles Fair and Lone Eagle Car Show
Adding to the weekend’ s allure, the Antiques and Collectibles Fair, sponsored by the West Side Improvement Association, will once again be in full swing in picturesque Le Bourget Park on the west bank of the Mississippi River. History buffs and treasure hunters alike will enjoy browsing a diverse selection of vintage finds, including antique jewelry, hardware, ceramics, glassware, dolls, kitchenware, sporting goods, reclaimed furniture and much more. Car enthusiasts won’ t want to miss the 50th annual Lone Eagle Car Show and Swap Meet, taking place rain or shine at the Morrison County Fairgrounds on Sunday, September 13, only, from 7:00 a. m. to 2:00 p. m. Prepare to be impressed by hundreds of stunning vintage automobiles. All contestants will be entered into one prestigious Top 60 car, truck, and bike show. Participants themselves will cast their votes to award 60 coveted trophies, while the public will have the opportunity to select the People’ s Choice Award. Admission to the car show is free for those aged 65 and over, with a $ 5 entrance fee for all others.
