Royalton
Royalton is the third largest community in Morrison County with a population of 1,277 . It is located along the Platte River , 10 miles south of Little Falls .
The Royalton Middle School / High School and Royalton Elementary School are an important part of the community , complete with an early childhood education facility and community fitness center . An industrial park has been built to attract new businesses to the area , with one business located in that area .
Royalton is home to a skate park , a splash park and a dog park , as well . It has a community center , as well as a museum and a library both located in the Royalton City Complex . The museum features historic items from Royalton and is open the first Saturday of the month .
Royalton Events
Saturday , Dec . 7 • Breakfast with Santa
Breakfast with Santa will be hosted by the Royalton PTO from 8:30 a . m . – 11:30 a . m . at the Royalton Elementary School . Kids can enjoy having their photo taken with Santa , crafts and cookie decorating . Breakfast items will be available for purchase , served by the Royalton Cub Scouts , Pack 60 . Admission is a non-perishable or cash donation to the food shelf .
Monday , Dec . 2 • Choir Concert
Royalton Middle / High School students will present a choir concert , beginning at 6 p . m . in the high school cafetorium .
Thursday , Dec . 5 • Elementary Holiday Concert
Royalton Elementary students will perform their holiday concert at 1:30 p . m . and 6 p . m ., in the high school south gym .
Monday , Dec . 16 • Band Concert Royalton Middle School / High School students will present a choir concert , from 6 p . m . – 8 p . m ., in the high school cafetorium .
