Jason Statham My
father transported me to
downtown in our Audi
A8 L W12 that is
somewhat armoured
4.2 Quattro on a cold,
wet, and snowy
day. And as soon as I
got into the show and
bought my ticket, I
made a beeline to the
Pittsburgh Cars ‘n
Coffee exhibit. Before
the show, I learned that
the group would have
their own display. When
I got there, it was a
disappointment.
Kidding! It was quite the
opposite. Here were
the cars on display:
Ariel Atom
This is one of the 133
legal versions in the
USA. Powered by a V6,
this lightweight streetlegal car can easily bring
thrills.
Maserati
Grancabrio/Granturismo
Convertible
Note to Maserati: Don’t
call this car the
Granturismo Convertible
here in the USA. Keep it
as the Grancabrio. Also,
keep the Italian spirit that
I love dearly.
SRT Viper (2014 model)
Despite name changes,
the Viper remains one of
the most hardcore
supercars available for
sale today. 8.4L V10, 6
Speed Manual, and no
cupholders. No matter
what the sales numbers
are, there will always be
that crowd that wants a
car like this. That’s a
good thing.
