Austrian Holiday Carp
Scale and dress the carp. Chop the parsley. Salt the
carp afterwards from the in- and outside and sprinkle
it with some lemon juice. Put the thyme and leaf of bay
into the stomach and let the carp rest for 30 minutes.
Toss the carp in the flour from both sides and put it into
a fitting pan.
Peel the potatoes, precook them for a few minutes and cut
them into pieces. Cut the onions into rings and the red pepper
