GOING TO GROUND
Grounding is about learning to stay
present, focusing on the here and now,
accessing and being enveloped by the
nurturing, natural holistic Earth energies.
Because the transformative vibration
is higher than the energetic signature
of most of folks you interact with, we
sometimes neglect our Earth connection.
When that happens, we could happily float
away into the ether. Unfortunately, people
won’t be as forgiving, thinking you are
self-absorbed and uncaring.
Because we live, work and socialize with
people at all different levels of awareness,
conscious grounding should be an essential
part of your day-to-day routine. Grounding
helps you to discharge energies which
don’t properly resonate in your body.
Just walking barefoot in the dirt or grass
for a few minutes is enough for your
body to realign itself with the Earth’s
natural negative polarity. In those few
moments, you will get rid of stress in your
body, as well as electromagnetic (think
computers, people) and environmental
pollutants. It also has a positive effect on
your sympathetic nervous system and your
heart!
Because so many folks no longer wear
leather or natural soles on their footwear,
these bad actors don’t get dissipated back
into the environment and instead take up
residence in the body.
Over the long haul, these stressors can
