New Year, you might be feeling like
your emotions are all over the place.
If you’re feeling a bit rattled, please
just remember to breathe. It’s a lot to
take in - especially since you were in
a holding pattern for much of the past
month!
If you haven’t been grounding and
meditating, there’s still time to learn to
tame the “monkey mind” as they say.
You’re going to need a lot of discipline
as you move forward.
I told you that when Mercury retrograde
passed out of phase, that things were
going to jump off with quite a jolt and
we certainly haven’t been disappointed.
Now that we’ve shook off the stagnation
of Mercury’s passing, you can definitely
tell that time has speeded up. Like
accelerating from zero to 60 from a
standing start, things are starting to
happen at a faster pace than usual especially since we’re still in the dead
of winter!
It may not feel like it – yes, the weather
is still chilly and at times unpredictable,
but the signs for calm travel ahead are
starting to show up.

There’s an explosive level of heat quickening underneath the frost and it’s
beginning to edge its way to the surface. The ice is beginning to crack and
show signs of thawing. When the dam finally bursts and the water freely
runs, it’s going to have the force of nature to carve out a new path through
just about any obstacle – given enough time that is!
