So we’re going to talk
about something that folks
would rather ignore, but
truth be said, most of us
have difficulty dealing with
crisis when it does come
along.
It is natural that when we
find ourselves struggling
that we instinctively
turn to things from
our childhood. Those
institutions which nurtured
and comforted will get a
second glance - even when
we have resolved to leave
childhood in the rear view
mirror.
So eventually, we find
ourselves heading for the
nearest house of worship.
When things are blowing up
left and right, it seems that
denomination or affiliation
doesn’t really matter. We
crave familiarity, so in
those times, we tend to
just head for the comfort
of a spiritual bosom.
It’s kind of funny how folks
tend to look sideways.
Most of the time, we focus
only on our gifts, somehow
believing that we are
miraculous beings in our
own right. Rarely, if ever,
do we stop and have the presence
of mind to graciously realize we
aren’t doing this all alone. At no
time ever are we alone. We may
choose not to hear the voices
and/or see the information and
messages that our guides are
providing us with, but they never
step too far away
