City government
Monticello City Hall is located inside of the Monticello Community Center( MCC) at 505 Walnut St. in downtown Monticello.
The city’ s website can be found at www. monticellomn. gov. City Hall can be reached by phone at 763-295-2711. City Hall’ s office hours are 8 a. m. to 4:30 p. m., Monday through Friday.

City Council
The Monticello City Council meets the second and fourth Mondays of the month at 6:30 p. m. in the Mississippi Room of the Monticello Community Center.
City Council meetings are also streamed live online at https:// monticello. viebit. com and are broadcast live on local cable channel 12( channel 180 for Charter subscribers).
The City Council is comprised of the mayor and four council members. The mayor is the presiding officer and serves an elected two-year term. The council members serve four-year staggered terms with elections in even-numbered years.
