Pool and waterslide
The Monticello Community Center ’ s indoor pool and waterslide offer something for everyone - from lap swimmers to baby splashers !
The pool area features a zero-depth entry area with a play structure that includes a small slide and an area with basketball hoops and lane markers for lap swimming , and a large , looping waterslide !
There is no extra charge to use the waterslide , but you must be 42 ” or taller and able to swim on your own . Sorry , no double riding or catching at the bottom ! Pool use is included in the daily pass and memberships .
Climbing wall
The Climbing Wall is located in the center of the community center and stands 38 feet tall . The wall features 6 top anchors with several route options with a range of difficulty levels . Use of the climbing wall is included in MCC memberships and daily passes .
Fitness Center The Monticello Community Center Fitness Center offers visitors top-notch fitness equipment and instruction . Offered is a full range of cardio equipment

• Abdominal and stretching area The fitness Center is for users 16 years and older and requires a membership or daily pass . Please stop at the Guest
Service Counter for assistance . Indoor walk / jog track One lap equals 1 / 15th of a mile
Romp & Stomp
The Romp ‘ n ’ Stomp is a fun indoor play structure kids can climb up , slide down and have a great time exploring ! The room includes other fun activities for kids and has plenty of room for parents to sit and watch . Kids must be 48 inches or shorter to play in the Romp ‘ n ’ Stomp . Cost is $ 4.25 for city residents , $ 5.25 for non-residents .
Indoor ice arena The Moose Sherritt Ice Arena is located on the east end of the Monticello Middle School on County Road 75 ( Broadway ) across from the hospital . The community center offers public skate hours , a men ’ s spring hockey league , and Learn to Skate programs throughout the year .
Monticello Senior Center
The Monticello Senior Center is a community focal point , serving the needs of older adults , their families , and area residents interested in information about services for the elderly .
