Gamuda Land has appointed Hoa Binh Company (HBC) as the main contractor of Diamond Almata
at Celadon City Township, Tan Phu District, HCMC. Diamond Almata is a high-end apartment project
in Celadon City, with 8 towers, 1,344 apartments, shophouses and sky-linked villas, which are all
developed following Gamuda Land’s GQUAS standards. HBC will construct 4 towers in Precinct A5
– Phase One, with total tender value of VND1,530 billion, and construction time of 549 days.
