It is very important that you follow the spamming laws. Basically, you need to have your contact information, you have to tell them it is an advertisement, and give them a way to be removed from your list.
Some people say send an email with a certain subject line, while others say just hit reply on the email and type in remove me from your list. However you do this, if someone does request to be removed, BE SURE YOU REMOVE THEM.
I suggest you google spam laws for a complete explanation of spamming laws. Here is an example to put at the bottom of your email.
