You will receive in-the-field training on correct behaviour around hatchlings, how to identify hatchling tracks, finding the hatchlings nest, and measuring and recording the nest position and hatchling dispersion. The landfill will reopen 8am - 4pm on Saturday 26 December (latest entry at 3.45pm). Households whose collection day falls on Christmas Day will have their waste collected on Saturday 26 December. Rubbish collection will not be affected on New Year’s Day. There will be food and markets stalls and live music and performances throughout the evening with local act Kadance counting down to the Pilbara Ports Authority Fireworks Spectacular at 8pm. Ranger Services will be operating from 8am to 11am on public holidays and weekends (including Boxing Day) and will be available as per normal on other days.
