18 18 What's on Guide COOKE POINT PLAYGROUP PATCHWORK AND QUILTING Held daily at the Andrew McLaughlin Centre, Cooke Point Playgroup sessions explore and develop the fundamental building blocks of your child's development and caters for children from newborn to 5 years old. The sessions are a wonderful opportunity for your child/children to have fun, make friends and learn new skills. They are also a great way for you to relax and build relationships with parents and carers from your local area. Pick up tips, share ideas and make some new friends. Bring along any sewing or craft project and create while enjoying good friendly company! A children's health nurse occasionally attends which gives mums a chance to discuss anything they feel they need to. Open to mums with babies up to the crawling stage.
