COOKE POINT PLAYGROUP
PATCHWORK AND QUILTING
Held daily at the Andrew McLaughlin Centre, Cooke
Point Playgroup sessions explore and develop
the fundamental building blocks of your child's
development and caters for children from newborn
to 5 years old. The sessions are a wonderful
opportunity for your child/children to have fun,
make friends and learn new skills. They are also a
great way for you to relax and build relationships
with parents and carers from your local area.
Pick up tips, share ideas and make some new
friends. Bring along any sewing or craft project and
create while enjoying good friendly company!

BABY RHYME TIME
Come and join other mums and dads to enjoy
rhymes and songs with your baby at the Port
Hedland Library. Sessions are held every
Monday morning from 10:30am -11:00am
during school term.

ADJUSTING TO BABYHOOD CLUB
ABC allows mums with young bubs (0-6 months)
to get together for a cuppa and a chat whilst also
offering support to each other. A children's health
nurse occasionally attends which gives mums a
chance to discuss anything they feel they need
to. Open to mums with babies up to the crawling
stage.

DAYS FOR GIRLS SEWING
We are part of the International charity Days for
Girls. Come along and help to make washable
feminine hygiene products for women in countries
that do nto have access to such resources. No
sewing experience needed, just a willingness to
help! Bring a plate to share for lunch and a mug to
have a cuppa.
When: Every 3rd Sunday of the month,
