could potentially lead to incompatible land uses in military operational areas.

The Montgomery County School District should
update its strategic plan, particularly Section F –
Facilities Expansion Program, to incorporate military
compatibility goals and objectives in identifying
appropriate locations for new schools to ensure
that the schools provide an optimum learning
environment free of loud noise and other impacts
that could be generated from aviation operations in
the area.
