many annual events. The Taste of Bethesda is
a renowned food and music festival featuring
more than 50 delicious Bethesda area
restaurants. The Bethesda Fine Arts Festival
is a two-day art fair featuring 140 booths of
fine art and fine craft along with the best local
bands in the region.
TASTE – Take control of those “hunger
pangs” in one of downtown Bethesda’s 200
restaurants. Try the gumbo at Louisiana
Kitchen, sample a savory artisan pizza at
Mia’s Pizzas, or indulge in the daily special
cupcake at Georgetown Cupcakes. Or – try
all 3 and walk it off in picturesque
Bethesda Row.
BUY – Go on a luxury shopping spree at
Saks Fifth Avenue, Louis Vuitton, Chanel or
Bloomingdales in downtown Chevy Chase.

stops along the Metro Red Line. Visitors can
