COOL, CONTEMPORARY KITCHEN
While maintaining the former kitchen’s footprint, Kautz bright-
ened and updated the room with neutral yet interesting tiles from
Mediterranean Tile in Fairfield, an engineered quartz countertop,
and a Louis Poulsen hanging light fixture. Radiant heat now runs
below the 12-inch by 24-inch dark slate porcelain tiles, allowing
for comfortable gathering around the stained maple Room and
Board table, with its four leather chairs.
