For Ashley Lynn , every day is different . Some days , she isworking with afreshly minted New York Giant , helping a 20-something-year-old navigate anew team and career in what is likely anew state . Other days , she is working with veteran NFL players , helping them navigate fatherhood or the inevitable reality of life after football .

Whichever the case , the goal is always the same : to help these players reach their potential .
