ALL IN THE DETAILS
Bridget appreciates her Caesarstone kitchen
countertop and hefty iridescent steel shelv-
ing — each set weighs about 400 pounds —
but she especially loves the kids’ silhouettes
drawn by Brooklyn artist Carter Kustera.
(Left) Beside the refrigerator finished in
wood, a similarly treated door hides a mud
room and pantry. Back to Nature made the
three arrangements in candlestick hold-
ers. (Opposite) Bridget’s “Christmas village”
welcomes guests to the foyer. The floral
arrangement from Blooms in Hand adds a
touch of nature to the decorations gathered
over the years from Home Goods, Target
and other shops. Resting on the pedestal of
the metal table from Restoration Hardware,
balled branches bear jingle bells during the
holiday season. “We start collecting
in August,” Bridget admits with a laugh. ■
