First, he strives to provide the utmost quality of care in oral surgery by utilizing a combination of his expertise and state-of-theart equipment. Second, he aims to deliver the most personal care to his patients to put them at ease. He recognizes that people are often apprehensive at the thought of oral surgery and therefore delivers a comfortable dental experience, both physically and mentally. The Center boasts a newly remodeled facility featuring a CS 9600 3D imaging system. This system has revolutionized diagnostic capabilities as well as patient treatment. Traditional two-dimensional x-rays can often be misleading, and the CS 9600 virtually eliminates the ambiguities found in them. Dr. Echo performs the majority of procedures in-office, which consists of extracting wisdom and other teeth, and dental implants. Dental implants allow patients to return to normal eating after tooth loss. In situations where there is also bone loss present, Dr. Echo performs bone generation grafting to build a foundation to support the implants. television and friendly faces, all designed to relax patients and make the dental experience a positive and comfortable one. Dr. Echo offers his patients multiple sedation options, from local to general anesthesia and several in between. He is an avid, award-winning photographer and his office is filled with many of his own photographs, giving it the feel of an art gallery rather than a dental office. Dr. Echo was educated at St. Peter’s College and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (now Rutgers School of Dental Medicine). He completed his surgical training at University Hospital in Newark and has been in private practice since 1993. Dr. Echo is on staff at Clara Maass Hospital. He offers evening hours and is always available to his post-operative patients and for emergencies. Dr. Echo “considers it an honor and aprivilege to deliver care to [his] patients.” He thanks his current and past patients for the confidence they place in him and his staff, and for the ability to serve them.
